TNT Management Resources Inc is headquartered in Salem, Oregon and has recently celebrated its 12th anniversary of serving Oregon employers.  TNT was founded by Teresa Blubaugh, and is owned and managed today by Teresa and her husband Joey Blubaugh.  Both Teresa and Joey are leaders within the National and Regional associations representing the PEO industry.  Teresa is Past President of the Northwest Professional Employer Association.  Joey is the Immediate Past President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organization.  TNT is committed to the highest standards of professionalism in serving its thousands of clients and employees. 

Both Teresa and Joey have accounting backgrounds.  Joey received his CPA designation before leaving public accounting to work in the private sector.  Teresa and Joey have owned and operated several businesses and understand the challenges of managing a business in today’s challenging economic environment and the convenience of outsourcing non-productive administrative tasks.
