TNT Management Resources, Inc. was founded by Teresa Blubaugh in 1992 and is headquartered in Salem, Oregon. TNT is owned and managed today by Teresa and her husband Joey Blubaugh. Both Teresa and Joey are leaders within the National and Regional associations representing the PEO industry.  Teresa is Past President of the Northwest Professional Employer Association.  Joey is Past President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organization.  

Both Teresa and Joey have accounting backgrounds. Joey received his CPA designation before leaving public accounting to work in the private sector. Teresa and Joey have owned and operated several businesses and understand the challenges of managing a business in today's challenging economic environment and the convenience of outsourcing non-productive administrative tasks.

TNT has a team of professionals, including specialists in payroll, risk management, and employee benefits administration.
